doesn't look bad except I would swop around you're back and shoulders workouts. you don't wanna have a bad back session coz tyou're delts are affecting you from the previous day.
also, I firmly believe you shouldn't train 5 days straight, some guys can with no problem but we all know we grow when we rest.
try a 3 days on 1 off 2 on 1 off split.
enough time to recover and fully crank the next muscle group you're training.
also, with the rest day added in between you get the added benefit of increased glycogen levels meaning more energy and better pumps in the gym
Train harder than the guy next to you, and one day, no one will be able to touch you!

lol well I guess you can't disagree with that monster's physique.
I just personally think you need time to recover.
I mean I can't, as hard as I try, train more than 3 days in a row and still get a good workout in.
2 days on 1 off split has also worked great for me in the past, but a cut squirrel advised that I rather try the one I posted above
btw, thanx for the karma

Try the following.

Day1: Back
Day2: Chest + abs
Day3: Legs
Day4: Calves, shoulders and traps
Day5: Arms

You can either go the full five days or do a two on one off split. After almost 10 years of training and reading a lot on training this works the best for me.

Hey man, how about splitting this program up between a morning / evening session, then its one muscle group per session?
Stop talking, and lift it!
