Tell us a bit about yourself and where you are from.
I am a small town girl from Helena, Montana, but don't get me wrong -  I love the big city! I am super spontaneous and adventurous, I love to travel and I am typically up for anything! I love the great outdoors and I'm a very down to earth girl. I'm also not afraid of getting dirty but I also love to dress up and strut my stuff.

How did you become involved in fitness modeling?
Being a long time workout buff it seemed like a wonderful fit! Plus, being a Budweiser Girl, and doing lingerie catalog work where i began, just wasn't my thing. Fitness modeling really lets me be who I am.

What are some of the key habits you have incorporated into your lifestyle that have assisted in making your physique successful with fitness modeling?
Dedication to eating healthy and staying active, a positive attitude, disciplined workouts, food preparation, and drinking plenty of H20 are my secrets to success!

Apart from being able to take an amazing photo, what else do you do?
I am a personal trainer, and I love helping others reach their fitness goals. On the other hand I am really into fashion and I am working on one day owning my own boutique!

Have you competed in any figure or bikini contests or pageants if so which ones?
I have competed in just one bikini contest for Caribbean Tan in Cancun. Even though I won, I learned that it really wasn't for me. Believe it or not, I'm a little shy.

Run us through a typical day in your life.
Work, work, work. I am up at 5am, and I do personal training for the majority of the day as well as getting my own workout in. I usually try to squeeze some outside activity in as well if the sun is shining and finally I like to relax at home with a glass of wine.

Tell us a bit about your training and eating habits.
I train with weights 4 days a week and my cardio usually involves a hike in the mountains. I eat small healthy meals throughout the day, consisting of high protein and low carbs.

What is your favorite cheat meal?
Where do i begin? A big juicy cheese burger and fries with ranch! Dessert would have to be anything with dark chocolate.

Tell us about your tattoos.
I have wings on my back, because I'm an angel. And my zodiac sign which is Capricorn.

What do you consider the sexiest part of a man's body?
Captivating eyes, a nice smile, and a muscular physique definitely helps!

Name one place you love visiting and tell us why.
Key West! We've had a lot of fun there and I would love to go back.

What is one of the weirdest requests you've ever had?
A fan once requested nude photos of me....ya right!

Who would you say has been a key influence in your life and why?
Jesus, my mom, and my husband - all of whom have helped me become the person i am today.

What motivates you?
Not having regrets and seizing every opportunity.

What has been the highlight of your career so far?
The ability to inspire others!

If you were to share one secret with us what would it be?
If i did that it wouldn't be a secret now would it?

Patience is key, so is dedication and confidence.
