I'm a perfectionist at home, work and in my training. I believe in hard work, its the only way to reach your goals. I'm always pushing to better myself, both physically and spiritually. I thank God for all that I have achieved and for all the things I have yet to conquer.

Always stretch and warm-up before training
Never try exceed a weight that your body cannot handle
Have sufficient rest to give your muscles time to recover and grow.
Always use the correct range of motion to avoid injury.
Always hydrate yourself while training and after.

List 5 hint and tips on nutritional principles?
Supply your body with high quality protein at the most crucial times of the day to ensure consistent muscle growth.
Do not restrict your carb intake, especially after workouts, as they fuel your muscles. If your glycogen levels fall to low the net result will be a loss of muscle.
Combine your pre- and post-workout protein with a fast digesting, high glycaemic carb to maximise your insulin levels and double your gains in half the time.
