| The WFF-WBBF experienced the perfect start to 2010 with a very successful WFF-WBBF Shameen Classic. The show, named after WFF-WBBF Vice President, Shameen Adams took place in the Western Cape on Saturday 27 March 2010 and saw 109 athletes enter. The overall winner was super-heavyweight Willem Pretorius from the Free State, who returned after a short competitive layoff to take the Extreme Bodybuilding division, as well as the best poser of the night award. Elton Horn was the winner of the super Athletic Bodybuilding (light-heavyweight) division, which was the most competitive division of the night. Jade Jones was a revelation on the stage in the Model Fitness Bikini Division, with a well balanced presentation and a wonderful stage personality, which had the magnificent crowd on their feet, roaring their approval. Sarah Green won the Performance Figure (Body Fitness) division. The novice divisions produced a team of 33 athletes to represent Western Province at the WFF-WBBF SA Novice Championships to be held at the Springs Civic Centre on the 21st August 2010.
