Powerful, gorgeous and sexy

Look up the word captivating in the dictionary and you are bound to find a picture of Riana Roberts right along side. At only 29 years of age you're witnessing the start of a new era for this girl, who is breaking down the doors of the South African modeling and television scene. And with a look this good, who could possibly ignore her?

You worked for Fitness magazine a while back, so we know all about you, but for those who don't know you, give us some idea of who you are and what you do?
I'm currently working on lots of modeling assignments, I recently started my own interior design company and I am busy working on my first TV show.

You're certainly no stranger to the lens and you've been published in many magazines, both local and international. Tell us about some of the other really cool things you've done.
I've had the pleasure of working with many talented photographers, and in doing so the results are always great. But out of all the shoots that I have done, I must say that sunset beach shoots are my favourite.

Take us through a typical day in your life.
I wake-up at 5am and start my day with some garden yoga. After that I start working on my interior design projects, modeling shoots and working on ideas for my new TV show. Finally I end off a very busy day with an evening work-out session at the gym.

How old were you when you did your first shoot?
21

What was that experience like?
I was very nervous.

What motivates you?
I want to be the best I can be in every aspect of my life.

Now that you seem to have found your mojo for training again, tell us a bit about the kind of training you enjoy.
I have always been a super active girl and I love being fit and healthy. My training includes running, cycling, pilates, bikram yoga, and lifting weights.

Do guys bug you a lot when you're trying to train?
Unfortunately they do, as I like to focus on my training rather than social interaction when I am at the gym.

What's the dumbest thing a guy has ever said to you?
Does God know one of his angels is missing?

Describe your eating habits and don't lie about the chocolate that you used to keep in your desk here at the office.
(she laughs). I can't remember the last time I had a chocolate. I have been following a very strict macrobiotic diet for the past 6 months and I feel amazing. Supplements that I am currently taking include chocolate protein shakes, vitamin B12, iron, magnesium and calcium.

What's your favourite food?
Stir-fry and Asian soups.

You won a trip to Zanzibar recently, tell us a bit about that.
Yes, I won the Taboo Miss Mischief competition and one of my amazing prizes was a exotic holiday to Zanzibar.

Are you on Facebook?
Yes, it is such a valuable tool to stay in touch with what all your friends are doing.

What are you going to do now about the thousands of friend requests you're going to get when you next switch on your computer?
Unfortunately I've reached my Facebook friend limit (over 4000!), so for those that want to check me out, you can always join my fan page.

Has anyone ever tried to use your services as an interior designer for reasons other than using your services as an interior designer?
Nope.

Tell us something that people may not know about you.
I have an Asian heritage.

Do you have any dirty habits?
Nope.

What do you consider to be your best feature?
My sparkling personality.

Name one thing that a guy might not like about you?

Which fitness models that we have featured do you admire and why?

What kind of music do you listen to?
I enjoy all types of music.

Name one place on earth that takes your breath away.
Watching the sunset in Phi Phi Island - Thailand.

What are your favourite movies?
