One of the biggest events on the international bodybuilding calendar, the Arnold Classic starts tomorrow (4 March 2010). The famed bodybuilding show is part of a bigger sporting festival that now includes numerous sporting codes, from Fitness and Physique comps, to Mixed Martial Arts, weightlifting and strong man competitions.
In terms of the bodybuilding competition, show goers can expect a line-up of the best bodybuilders in the world. Expect a showdown between four of the top-six finalists from the 2009 Mr. Olympia, who are competing in the Arnold classic this year, namely Branch Warren, Dexter Jackson, Kai Greene and Phil Heath. Prejudging for the 22ng Arnold Classic start at 12h00 local time on Saturday, with the finals that afternoon.
The Amateur Bodybuilding Men’s and Women’s Championships Prejudging takes place on Friday 5 March in the morning, with the finals taking place at the expo on Saturday.
